About Hello Hunter tl

Hello Hunter was launched in 2020 as a collaborative expression of the Church in an effort to answer this question; What might a whole of Church response for our community look like? Our mission is to serve the community, particularly those who are lonely and socially isolated. We do this by offering a friendly chat, prayer and referrals to specialist support services. Since that time extremely vulnerable and lonely people have been assisted through the Hello Hunter Call Centre and Church volunteers.

There is a great sense that Hello Hunter has the potential to serve our region for years to come. On the 14 Nov 2021 we celebrated the great work done by the Church of the region.

The Purpose of Hello Hunter tl

Celebrating what has already been achieved by Churches through Hello Hunter.

Elevating local churches and how they help, making this known to both Churches and the community.

Activate  and equipping Church congregations to become referral experts to their community.

Participation involves highlighting how Hello Hunter is helping people in some way at your Church.
